As a family with two little boys we said good bye to our family, friends, playgroup, beaches, playgrounds and everything we held dear for a two year adventure. Destination: Denver, Colorado. What did we know about it? John Denver liked it around here didnt he?
Toddlers embrace a new world with the wonder, enthusiasm and passion. Charlie said to me the other day. "Mum I just learnt about fall, its like autumn... but do pumpkins fall from the sky in fall?" I want to look at this adventure with the same sense of fun. So this is my attempt....

Tom's Train Cake
So it was a hot day and I was a little unwilling to make enormous amounts of blue icing which led to a rather floppy Thomas cake but it did taste pretty good.
